I like studying a subject and psychotherapy delves deep. Accepting my failings or negative side is difficult. Most of the time we are logical and just get on with life. Under pressure intense hurt, sadness our emotional side can change our perception and can take some time for equilibrium .

I have some paintings I do at these times. This is one. Turning anger in on ourselves causes depression so I have found a way to express various feelings.
