I really enjoy the contrast of the colours when the sea meets the sand. Depending on many factors the colour of the sea varies tremendously; the teal-y blue remind me of a warm sea on a hot day – the perfect sun holiday.  In trying to capture the energy of the waves as they lap the shore I’ve built up the white acrylic to create dimension and depth.
