Description

This is a small abstract painting based on the word ‘storm’. It has a nighttime/city/neon feel I didn’t fully intend but find a bit interesting on a personal level.
‘Storm’ can also refer to something thats happening internally for someone who finds themselves in a real decision making dilemma, overwhelmed emotionally, drug or alcohol intoxication or in the midst of a very exciting time in a persons life, a fireworks display of possibilities. I tried to capture what that vibe might look like visually in this painting and I’m happy with the results but it might be something I will explore a bit further in another painting.
