Paul McKiernan (Goose)

I painted this piece over my love for the original photo taken in 1932. My dad put the photo on our sitting room wall when I was just 8 and I remember it well. I have always wanted to recreate a famous black and white photo and put my twist on it. The Piece took 225 hours starting from 20th September 2017 and finished the 24th May 2018, 8 months in total.
