Maz O' Driscoll

Maz O' Driscoll is a Contemporary Irish artist who’s art is derived from a mixture of Celtic and Abstract art, you will find her work right in the middle, combining these styles together.

She paints daily from her art studio in Co. Cork, creating original art pieces and limited edition prints.  She also works on a commission basis, creating one of kind individual paintings.

She is deeply dedicated to her art process and she has a keen eye for detail.  Maz likes to merge the realms of realism and imagination to create long lasting impressions through her paintings.  Her work is influenced by aspects of the unconscious, taking reality and enhancing what ones imagination can create.

Maz finds inspiration in the beauty of nature, everyday life and symbolism, and she examines every line, shade, and texture, while striving to convey the essence of her paintings with accuracy.

Layering and blending techniques allows her to transform the canvas into detailed renditions that breathe life into her paintings.  She works mainly with Acrylics as her medium, ensuring that each creation has an individual flair and twist.
