Artist Rine Philbin was born and grew up in Co. Galway. I am never short of inspiration for my art. Nestled between the Wild Atlantic and beautiful rolling landscape, I am inspired every day. I'm a gardener, photographer, animal and nature lover, so these come in handy as an artist. Living near the sea all of my life the smells, sounds and tonal changes in the ocean constantly amaze me.  I love trying all different mediums such as oils, watercolours, acrylics and ink. I also love experimenting with different techniques having fun with colours, shapes, subject matter and textures.

I have had exhibitions In Ireland, Paris and New York.

My art is in private collections in Europe, Asia, U.K and America.
