Joseph Flynn

Joseph Flynn is an artist from the beautiful Co. Kerry, Ireland. I grew up in a house surrounded by art and music.  I developed my love of painting from my father who is also an Artist, musician and a guide for me. I am a self-taught.  I enjoy painting landscapes, seascapes, portraits and abstract using oil on canvas, acrylic, oil pastels and watercolours. From time to time I experiment with other materials like metal foil and epoxy resin.  I'm happy to paint commissions from photographs.  For my landscape and seascape paintings I have plenty of rich inspiration in the Kerry mountains and coastline.  For my abstract paintings I try to create evocative pieces which catch the eye with bold colours and composition.

Previous I have lived in India where I had completed a number of commissions .  Now that I've returned to Ireland I am free to devote more time to my creative practice and look forward to displaying and hopefully selling my work on this platform.  Feel free to reach out to me with any queries.
