Description

A depiction of the four-sail windmill located at the Skerries Mills Museum, situated in the center of the town. Completing this artwork took me two weeks. After finishing the painting, I applied an isolation medium, and once it dried, I added an acrylic gloss varnish to enrich the painting.

This windmill is operational and features four sails. Additionally, there is a working five-sail windmill at the same site, which is part of the Skerries Mills Museum complex. The mill itself has origins dating back to the 1800s.
