Description

One of the many lighthouses along the rocky west coast of Ireland.  The first light shone in 1864 in the circular tower that is 50 feet high. Blackrock light guides vessels seeking shelter in Blacksod Bay.

This original watercolour painting was created on Fabriano Acquarello Grana Fina Cold Press 25% Cotton paper using various watercolours and white gouache.
