Description
A fishing boat heading out passed the Old Head of Kinsale Lighthouse. Kinsale is steeped in maritime history; looking at this modern vessel punching into a rather rough sea reminds me of days gone by when the ships were made of timber and the men of steel… not many timber boats remain today.
This original watercolour painting was created on Fabriano Acquarello Grana Fina Cold Press 25% Cotton paper using various watercolours and white gouache.
