Charles M Clarke
Average Vendor RatingBeautiful piece of work purchased as a gift for American relatives as a reminder of home. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The communication was so quick and very informative. Very pleased overall with the paining and the service.
Growing up in the surrounds of Cavan and Monaghan one can’t help but be affected by nature. From the weather to the wildlife. The livestock and the geology. And most of all, the people. Over the years I have been drawn toward the beautiful coastline we have on our doorstep. From Port to Clogherhead, the Big Strand to Carlingford, the sea is a part of all of us - our holidays, our travel, our adventures and our livelihoods. And more recently I have been working towards compositions that tell a story. If there is a role in this world for the artist, it is to reflect my country and it’s wonder.
And I hope that my work continues to achieve that.
